Laundry Drop-off

Please Call, Text or E-mail us to schedule. Then bring laundry to our location at 575 Market St., Port Elgin (Sunshine Laundromat). Laundry can be dropped off anytime during laundromat hours (5am-11pm daily). At the front of the laundromat, there will be a locker cabinet for laundry to be placed in.

Order Form

Please fill out online order form on this website using mobile device. Includes contact information and preferences etc... There is a manual order form available if preferred.

Weigh and Labels

Please weigh laundry on the scale and make a note of the weight on the tags provided. if using manual order form then just include form in locker Otherwise. Please include your name on this tag and place in an empty locker along with your laundry and close locker door.

Close and Lock Locker

Keypad lock on a white door for secure entry.

Enter a 4 to 6 digit number and hit the green button on the key pad which will lock the door.

Laundry Completed

A tied plastic bag with clothes inside and a thank you message printed on it.

Drop-off and pickup times will be discussed when scheduling is arranged but generally will strive for less than 24hrs. We will notify you as soon as your laundry is completed and ready for pick-up.

Payment and pickup

When laundry is completed, you will receive your invoice (text or email). All laundry will be placed back in the lockers that you dropped them off into. Once your invoice has been paid, you will be given a code and locker number to use to unlock your laundry. Laundry can be picked up anytime during laundromat hours.

Additional Information

Pick-up

Please pick up laundry in a timely manner to ensure that locker space is left available for the next customer. Laundry that is not picked up within 24 hrs of payment will be moved to our secure storage area and you will need to contact us to arrange pickup.

Weight

We will weigh the laundry as part of the process using the same scale that is at the front. If the weight is more than 1lb over your recorded weight we will contact you to verify you still want us to proceed. If we come up with a lower number weight, we will charge you the lower number.
