Laundry Drop-off
Bring laundry to our location at 575 Market St., Port Elgin (Sunshine Laundromat). Laundry can be dropped off anytime during laundromat hours (5am-11pm daily). At the front of the laundromat, there will be a locker cabinet for laundry to be placed in.
Order Form
Please fill out online order form on this website using mobile device. Includes contact information and preferences etc... There is a manual order form available if preferred.
Weigh and Labels
Please weigh laundry on the scale and make a note of the weight on the tags provided. if using manual order form then just include form in locker Otherwise. Please include your name on this tag and place in an empty locker along with your laundry and close locker door.
Close and Lock Locker
Enter a 4 to 6 digit number and hit the green button on the key pad which will lock the door.
Laundry Completed
All laundry received by 5pm on Monday and Thursdays will be guaranteed to be washed, folded and ready to be picked up by 5pm the following day. Any laundry received after the cut-off will be available by 5pm the following operating day (ie. any laundry received after the 5pm cut-off Monday will be ready by 5pm Friday). If the laundry is received after the cut-off, we will make every effort to try to complete it the same day, but will not guarantee it. Contact us if rush services required and we can discuss options. We will notify you as soon as your laundry is completed and ready for pick-up.
Payment and pickup
When laundry is completed, you will receive your invoice (text or email). All laundry will be placed back in the lockers that you dropped them off into. Once your invoice has been paid, you will be given a code and locker number to use to unlock your laundry. Laundry can be picked up anytime during laundromat hours.
