Yes, there is a minimum order of 15lbs. You can drop off less than the minimum, but will still be charged the same fee as for the minimum amount.
This service is for your everyday laundry: clothing, socks, underwear, towels and sheets. We do not accept items that are dry-clean only, heavily soiled, or extra delicate. Do not include any items that have solvents on them as they can cause damage to other clothing, as well as potentially being a fire hazard in the dryer.
Anything that requires pressing, hang to dry, or are dry-clean only. All items that are dropped off are assumed to have been checked by the customer and have been given consent to be washed and dried in regular machines at normal settings.
Contact us to discuss availability. Then simply fill out our online form and drop your laundry off in the lockers provided at the front of the laundromat with it clearly labelled with corresponding name to order form. Any laundry that is not clearly identifiable will not be run until we can determine who it belongs to.
No, we do not. All items brought to us must be able to be washed and dried in regular washers and dryers without any special requirements. We will not check clothing tags to ensure they are able to be washed – all items we receive, we assume the customer has checked and is giving us approval to run normally.

We will take extra care of your laundry to ensure it doesn’t get lost or damaged. All laundry that is dropped off must be clearly labelled to identify which bags are yours. Also, any laundry that is dropped off is under the assumption that the customer has gone through their clothes to ensure that no items remain in pockets (ie. pens, tissues, money, etc) and that all clothing items are able to be washed in regular washers and dryers (none that require dry-cleaning or are prone to shrinking if dried).
From the time we receive it, we ensure all orders are tagged and kept separate. Orders are always washed and dried separately to prevent any mixing of orders. All aspects of our laundry process are similar to how you would do your laundry at home and there should be no reason for loss or damage to your laundry. We do not expect anything that would cause any unexpected loss or damage. However, in the unlikely event something does happen, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for issues related to zippers, clasps and buttons.
At this time, we will not separate clothes. All clothes received in one order will be run together unless you send them in separate bags and request that they be run separately.
At this time, we don’t offer selection of preferences. All coloured/mixed laundry will be washed in cold water, and all white loads will be washed in hot.
No, we do not provide ironing or air-drying services. All clothes are dried in our dryers and folded immediately after while still hot, which will significantly reduce the need for ironing for the majority of casual clothing.
Yes, we will wash large items as long as they can fit in our washers. Our large washers will hold a king-size comforter. Please see pricing page.
Yes, we can clean bedding and towels for cottages and hotels, cloths and uniforms for restaurants and more. Please contact us if you have a large amount, require a specific day, or would like to arrange a standing weekly order and we will do our best to accommodate you and discuss pricing.
No, at this time we are strictly a drop-off service. Please see our homepage for further instructions for how to drop off your items at our location.
We will return washed items in a new disposable bag unless you specify otherwise. If you would prefer your clothing be returned in your original bag, please make a note of this when the items are dropped off. If the original bag is damaged or dirty, a new bag will still be used instead. Your original laundry bag will also be returned to you (except for disposable garbage bags).
We use Tide detergent. If you require a different detergent due to sensitivities, please let us know and send your detergent in the original jug/box or a clearly marked container. Any remaining detergent will be returned to you along with your clean laundry.
